      Returns the relationship type used for this relation in Strict OOXML files. Strict OOXML (ISO/IEC 29500 Strict) uses the same local names as the transitional officeDocument relationship types, under a different namespace.

      the Strict OOXML relationship type, or null if this relation is not an officeDocument relationship (for example, Microsoft extensions)
