Returns:

true if handler should be called on empty (blank) cells, false otherwise.

setTraverseEmptyCells

Sets the traverseEmptyCells property.

Parameters:

traverseEmptyCells - new property value

traverse

Traverse cell range from top left to bottom right cell.
