formulaShifter - the formula shifting policy

shiftDrawingAnchors

public void shiftDrawingAnchors(int startRow,
 int endRow,
 int n)

Shift the anchors of the shapes (charts, pictures, ...) in the sheet's drawing along with the rows they are anchored to. A shape is moved when its top-left anchor row is within [startRow, endRow]; the whole shape is moved so it keeps its size. Shapes with an absolute anchor are not moved.

Parameters:

startRow - the row to start shifting

endRow - the row to end shifting

n - the number of rows to shift
